Miyamoto New Zealand conducted structural engineering services for the new residential 9 Unit townhouse property development at 11 Lees Grove, Wainuiomata, Lower Hutt
The new property development required structural design to be completed for building consent approval and construction based on architectural drawings. The 9 units are split between 4 blocks, all buildings are double storey, timber structures on ribraft footing.
